Legal terms

Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for using the Furity website and Plesk Hosting service, operated by Furimoe Co., Ltd. Please read them carefully before signing up or using the service.

Effective: 30 July 2026

Service provider

Furity is the trade name of a hosting service operated by Furimoe Co., Ltd., company registration number 0665569000776, with its office in Bang Mun Nak District, Phichit 66120, Thailand. The user's counterparty under these terms is Furimoe Co., Ltd., and "Furity", "we", or "the company" in this document refers to that entity. Registration details can be verified through the business information registry of the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce.

Acceptance of the terms

By accessing the website, subscribing to a package, or using the Furity service, you acknowledge and agree to follow these terms and the other policies referenced in them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service.

Services and packages

Furity provides Plesk Hosting and related tools according to the details of the package chosen. Functions, server locations, and resources may differ by package, system availability, and technical limits.

Fees and payment

Fees are charged in credits, deducted in advance of each period (prepaid) rather than billed in arrears. Every cycle is calculated from the package's monthly price: daily divides it by 30 days, hourly by 720 hours, and yearly is charged as 11 months (one month free). The system charges due items automatically every 5 minutes. If credit is insufficient, Furity notifies you once and suspends the service temporarily until credit is added. Once credit is added, outstanding items renew automatically in the priority order the user has set, and only for items with automatic renewal enabled.

Mid-cycle changes are always prorated against the time actually remaining. Upgrading a package charges only the price difference for the unused days of the current cycle and takes effect immediately. Changing the billing cycle refunds the unused portion of the current cycle in credit, then charges the new cycle in full from the date of the change. Changing the billing day is charged by the days added or removed at the current cycle's daily rate; where a change shortens the period, Furity refunds the difference in credit to the account. Users may only move to a longer billing cycle, not back to a shorter one, and may not downgrade a package, since data could exceed the new package's quota.

Cancelling the service does not refund a period already paid for. The user may choose to keep using the service until the end of the paid period, or to stop immediately, in which case the remaining time in that period is forfeited. Turning off automatic renewal is not a cancellation: the service remains usable until the paid period ends and then stops, and the user may turn renewal back on before that date.

Resources and fair use

Network bandwidth or traffic described as unlimited is subject to a fair use policy. Users must not consume resources in ways that affect the stability, security, or experience of other users. Furity may get in touch to adjust usage, limit resources, or suggest a more suitable package where usage is abnormal or excessive.

Acceptable use

Users must use the service lawfully, without infringing the rights of others and without disrupting Furity's systems, networks, or services.

  • No distribution of malware, phishing, spam, or unlawful content
  • No attempts to access accounts, systems, or data without authorisation
  • No use of the service to attack, to test for vulnerabilities without permission, or to cause systems to malfunction
  • No infringement of copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other third-party rights

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for the data, content, software, passwords, email accounts, and all activity under their account. They must keep their login details secure, update the software they maintain themselves, and notify Furity if they suspect their account has been accessed without authorisation.

Backups and service availability

Furity maintains the infrastructure and may take backups within the scope of the package. Users should nevertheless keep their own separate backups. Maintenance, faults at third-party providers, or events outside our control may make the service temporarily unavailable.

Suspension and termination

Furity may suspend or terminate the service where the terms are breached, fees go unpaid, usage poses a risk to the systems, or the law requires it. Users may request cancellation through the contact channels, and should back up or migrate their data before the service end date.

Cancellation and data retention

Users may cancel in two ways. (1) Cancel at the end of the billing period: the service works as normal until the paid period ends and no further period is charged. (2) Cancel immediately: the service stops and the data is deleted at once without waiting for the period to end. Neither case is refunded for the remaining time in the current billing period. Once the service ends, Furity retains the data for a grace period set by the package's billing cycle — 6 hours for hourly, 1 day for daily, 3 days for monthly, and 14 days for yearly, counted from the service end date. After that period the website, files, email, and databases are permanently deleted from the server and cannot be recovered. Furity has no obligation to keep archives or backups after the grace period, so users should back up their own data before the deletion date. Furity does continue to keep accounting records and transaction history as required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Furity is not liable for indirect damages or for loss of profit, revenue, reputation, or data arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, including causes originating in systems, software, or third-party providers outside Furity's control.

Changes to these terms

Furity may update these terms in line with the service, the law, or operating practice, and will show the latest version and its effective date on this page. Continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
